FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where is your pricing? How can I place an order?
    We’d love to help you place your order. We find that customized quotes allow us to give our customers consistently the best pricing possible, email us at sales@fkamerch.com for your quote.
  • I placed an order - where’s my proof?
    We do our best to get proofs to you within 2 business days. Depending on the time of year, it may take longer, if you have an urgent deadline please let us know that upfront.
  • What method do you use to ship your orders?
    Our Fulfillment and Shipping team will check UPS and FedEx to get the best rate for your shipment. We’ll let you know when you place your order what the shipping cost will be. We also offer local collection and pickup free of charge if you’re near Austin.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We offer a “Click to Pay” option which allows you to pay with any major credit card or ACH. We can also accept bank transfers, PayPal (fees may apply), or drop by and hand us some good old fashioned cash or check.
  • My order arrived incorrect - help!
    Ugh - we hate this one, but it happens! If your order arrives incorrect, please notify us immediately at info@fkamerch.com. From there, we’ll do our due diligence to see what happened and how to resolve this. Order errors will be resolved on a case by case basis, and may include reprints or account credits.
  • My order arrived and looks like it was run over by a truck - help!
    Crap! Our Fulfillment and Shipping team carefully pack up your custom goods and assume that the UPS and FedEx folks do their part to safely get them to you. That said, once your order leaves our facility, we have zero control over it. If your order arrives and is unusable due to how it was delivered, let us know and we’ll do our best to make a claim with the shipping company. We do not guarantee reprints or refunds on these items.
  • I changed my mind and want to cancel my order.
    We understand sometimes things happen and you need to cancel your order after placing and paying for it. Full refunds are available for orders that are canceled prior to design work beginning. Once an order has been processed by our artwork team, the order is refundable less the artwork and restocking fees associated with the garments for your order. This may be up to 50% of the total order.
  • I still have questions!
